Interesting video for all of you Facebook Addicts. Just another example of the gov’t forcing themselves into the privacy of the people. Shoutout to ‘roc for putting me onto this. Don’t get sucked in, don’t be a drone, and start opening your eyes, this shit is just the beginning.
Thank you Axe for entertaining me, one earth day at a time. Oh yea and this commercial, like all Axe commercials is a joke, brought to you by a country that is also a joke. Blame Canada!
Big shout out to my dude Lloyd Banks for dropping his video last month for the most remix’d hip-hop song of the century. Start chargin these dudes so the remixes stop. BTW, Banks your my boy and all, and i’ve stuck with you through all the bullshit, i’ma need you to move your lips a little more in your music videos, straight up lookin like you don’t know the words to your own song….holla
We were headin back from BK the other day and Kropp was bullshittin to me about this lil dude Diggy Simmons, talkin about his flow was retarded on this Nas remix. I thought nothing of it. Like a week of html code and mad PJ’s later, I see this video on youtube under the related videos box, so I was like fk it, i’ma peep this kid real quick. So I kick back, light my PJ up and hope that it’s not another JoJo Simmons track. Halfway through the video, already blown away, I realize that the heir of the Simmons throne has surfaced. Keep spittin that crack lil man.
I know, I know. Everyone is shot from the big day and days following, between shopping and Aunt Tilly’s homemade fruitcake. Well, fuck no parking spots and burnt sugar cookies. In all honesty, here at Brain Tree, we hope you survived this holiday season.
Check out my boys, The Republic of Wolves on myspace. Look out for the release of their first studio EP titled “His Old Branches” on Itunes this month. Click on the Streampad bar on the bottom to hear a sample of what The Republic of Wolves is all about. Good people plus good music equals great times.
This week’s feature movie release is James Cameron’s “Avatar”. I doubt it will come close to Titanic’s sales but it should be at the top of the 2009 list. Other releases this week include “Crazy Heart” with Jeff Bridges, Francois Ozon’s Fantasy-Drama “Ricky”, Star Studded Musical Romance “Nine”, “Did you Hear About the Morgans” and “The Young Victoria”
