A promo video for a Personal Trainer from Patchogue, NY. Filmed in Finest Fitness during two separate H.E.A.T. classes. This was the selling pitch used to get the routine in more then one gym, nationwide. Looks hard? Imagine filming it. Let's just say, Brain Tree got a workout too.
